Product Orders

  1. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

    Visit the “My Account / Order Status” pane located at the top of your browser. You will find this on the right-hand side. Click it to check your order status.

  2. My order is yet to arrive, what do I do?

    If your order has neither arrived nor been delivered to you, you can contact our customer service for immediate help and details about your order.

  3. I don’t know what size to get. Can you provide me with some assistance?

    Absolutely. You can contact us via Facebook Messenger and we can help you determine what the best size would be for you.

  4. When would a sold out item be restocked?

    We usually restock our items every 3-4 months. Some items may not be restocked due that it has been discontinued.

  5. Are your gi’s competition legal?

    Most of our gi’s are IBJJF legal but some are not. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Pricing and Billing

  1. Do I pay sales tax?

    If you are located in Canada, you are expected to pay a sales tax of 13% H.S.T. This applies to each item you order for.

  2. Will my purchase appear on my credit card statement? When?

    From the time we receive an order from you, it may take between 7-10 days for such to be reflected in your account.

  3. Will my credit card be charged? When?

    We charge your credit card immediately, prior to the shipment of your item(s).

Sponsorship & Ambassador

  1. Do you offer sponsorships?

    Unfortunately at this moment we do not offer any sponsorships. In the near future we may begin to sponsor those who can represent our brand best.

  2. Can I become a brand ambassador?

    Yes it is possible to become part of our brand ambassador program. One of the requirements for brand ambassadors is that you have purchased the product yourself. To apply, send us an email.
